We are pleased to announce that ADE and ÖIR GmbH will present, on 13 February 2024, the results of our study “RURAL AREAS – LEVELS OF SUPPORT AND IMPACT ON COMPETITIVENESS OF FARMS,” commissioned by the European Parliament. The study analyses the impact of CAP support on competitiveness of farms, including the role of women and young farmers. The study identifies challenges and drivers of EU farm competitiveness, and analyses key competitiveness indicators and their limitations. It assesses the level of CAP support to competitiveness with a comparison of the 2014-2022 and 2023-2027 programming periods, and illustrates the Member States’ differentiated approaches to supporting competitiveness.
