Project Award: Supporting CEMAC in the coordination and monitoring of infrastructure projects financed in blending mode.

Under the framework of the Regional and National Infrastructure Governance Support Programme in Central Africa (PAGIRN), ADE will support the Commission of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC) and member states in the identification of financing, coordination and monitoring of infrastructure projects financed in blending mode.

The technical assistance, financed by the European Commission, will run over two years, and will focus on national and regional projects in Transport, Energy and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructures.
