With a focus on peace, security governance and the rule of law, this evaluation tackles a highly relevant and timely subject, with lessons that we hope will inform efforts both in the DRC and in other fragile and conflict-affected contexts.
We’re pleased to share the final evaluation of the ESPER (Ensemble pour la Sécurité et la Paix à l’Est de la RDC) programme, carried out by ADE for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.
