ADE will present its methodological approach to the 2019 generational renewal evaluation study at the upcoming Good Practice Workshop on Generational Renewal under the CAP.
The Challenge: Across the EU, farm managers are aging, with a high proportion nearing retirement. This raises concerns about farm succession and attracting young talents in all regions of the EU.
The workshop in Zagreb (March 14-15) aims to:
- Learn from evaluation methods
- Exchange best practices on evaluating generational renewal programs
- Network with CAP stakeholders and experts
