ADE s.a., as Lead Implementing Partner under the European Commission FWC SEA 2023 Lot 16 (“Evaluation at intervention level”), is launching the evaluation of two budget support interventions supporting Public Financial Management reforms in Cambodia.
This evaluation will look at how well the programmes performed, what results they achieved and why, and what lessons we can learn. Our goal is to provide valuable We will carry out this evaluation in close interaction with key stakeholders, notably the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), to foster a collaborative approach and ensure that our findings are relevant and our recommendations actionable.
This evaluation builds on ADE’s track record of successful strategic evaluations covering public finance, including the ongoing PFM/PAR strategic evaluation for DG NEAR, the EU’s ‘Collect More, Spend Better’ (CMSB) evaluation for DG INTPA (2023), and the evaluation of State Building Contracts for DG INTPA (2020).
