Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, I hope this message finds you and your loved ones well. The start of a new year is always an opportunity to reflect on our shared journey, renew our commitment to excellence, and explore new possibilities.
For us at ADE, 2025 is a special year, we celebrate our 35th anniversary. Since our founding, we have worked alongside incredible partners, colleagues, clients and communities across the globe. Together, we have addressed complex challenges and delivered evidence-based insights in diverse areas, including sustainable agriculture, climate mitigation, migration, private sector development, humanitarian action, public finance management, and economic governance. Over the past three and a half decades, these efforts have reinforced our belief in the power of rigorous evaluation and meaningful partnerships to drive positive change.
As we celebrate this milestone, we are filled with gratitude for the trust and collaboration of our clients, partners, and colleagues. Your dedication has been instrumental to our shared achievements and to advancing the impact of our work.
At the same time, this milestone serves as a reminder of our responsibility to confront today’s challenges: ongoing conflicts, the accelerating effects of climate change, the rapid evolution of AI, and growing social and economic inequalities. These issues call for greater resolve, humanity, and collaboration.
As we embark on this new year, let us do so with hope, determination, and a renewed sense of purpose. Together, we can build a world where peace and sustainability are not just aspirations but tangible realities.
