ADE strives to work with state-of-the art methodologies and has developed new tools and guidelines in many areas.
ADE has contributed to several guidance documents in the field of evaluation and developed Budget Support guidelines (for the European Commission, the Belgian cooperation, and development aid agencies). In many of our projects and studies, ADE has co-created guidelines and analytical tools in cooperation with project counterparts. ADE has developed a course on impact evaluation in practice, using concrete examples that shed light on the importance to reconcile academic rigor with field and stakeholders’ realities.
