Human Resources Assistant (Part-Time – 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We support international institutions (European Commission, UN agencies, Development Banks, etc.) and national public bodies (Ministry of foreign affairs from different European countries, etc.) across various sectors, including economic governance, agriculture, environment, and social development. Our mission is to enhance public decision-making through independent, evidence-based analysis.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis (2–3 days/week), starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, staff follow-up, and career development.
- Support the handling of administrative and legal aspects such as contracts and payroll.
- Act as the point of contact for staff on HR-related matters.
- Act as the prevention advisor
- Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.
- Manage specific HR projects such as training and team-building activities.
- Report to the Administrative and Financial Manager and collaborate with the management team.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Human Resources or related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, responsible, multitasking and reliable.
- Fluent in French, with a very good command of English.
- Knowledge of HR legal and administrative processes.
- Organized, rigorous and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
