ADE has started beginning of September 2011 the evaluation of the “Document cadre de partenariat”  between France and the Comoros for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This document has been signed in 2005 and implemented since 2006. It aims at designing a 5 years strategy for all the bilateral aid modalities and programmes between those two countries. Three sectors have been highlighted: agriculture and food security, health and the productive sector.
